Authorisation: The person placing an order is understood to be authorised to do so. An order is for services, time and travel or goods.
Delivery: It may take up to 28 days or more for delivery. Depending on what has to be done, work will usually be received within this time. An express or urgent service is available, clients who require work within seven days (or sooner) by specific arrangement will incur extra charges.
Copyright: The copyright, negatives, origination and intellectual property of the work is owned by Louis Milburn Photographer (unless stated otherwise). All rights of the work produced are reserved. Unauthorised copying, hiring, display, reproduction and exhibiting of these works are prohibited without permission. The use or display of copied images is strictly forbidden.
Claims: Once goods have been ordered, printed and delivered, I cannot accept cancellation of the order and the goods cannot be returned. I must be notified within 7 days if any work is incorrectly supplied, damaged or defective. After this time, no claim, credit or refund will be allowed.
Print Instructions: Instructions and special requirements must be clearly written on the order form and sent with full payment before the work will be carried out.
Print Sizes are approximate and may vary with negative format and digital resolutions.
Payment and Terms: Unless special account arrangements have been agreed, payment will be required in full accompanied by the correctly completed order form. Payment can be made by cheque or cash only, along with an up to date bank card number. Cheques will be cashed before any goods are despatched. It is deemed that the signatory has seen and agreed the terms, conditions and prices, according to my general terms and conditions and specific price lists and as stated in any order. Payment must be made in pounds sterling.
Invoices will be supplied upon request.

The purpose of this document is to ensure that the Copyright of all images are accepted by the Client as belonging to Louis Milburn (Photographer) and are his property and independently verifiable as such, by Title. No claim of Copyright can be made by any Client or purchaser of any images provided, and no claims of ownership of any Copyright may be assumed by any Client.
All photographs taken, manipulated, or altered from the original raw image in any way are protected by Copyright law and are registered as such to the Photographer. When a great many images are submitted the Copyright of all images without exception are considered as belonging to The Photographer. One copy of each photograph will be provided to the Client as proof of commissioning of work which can be seen on the web site or will be provided as low resolution and will allow the client to choose a range of images to be provided in high resolution for their own use only and may not be copied scanned or used for any commercial purposes unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any image used for any commercial reproduction of any kind for any purpose whatsoever will incur a royalty cost and used commercially will require a payment each time the image is used or a one time payment by the discretion of The Photographer. Any use of any image must have the permission of the Copyright holder and registration and use of the image and placement must be registered with the Copyright holder prior to use.
Each image carries an identification number, and this number will be classed the "the identification or Title". Any image used without the express permission in writing from the copyright holder will be deemed as a direct infringement of the terms under which any contract to provide images has been entered into. The copyright holder may wish to offer the use of any images; this will remain at the discretion of the copyright holder. Images are purchased for a ONE-TIME USE only unless other rights have been negotiated; any further usage of images will be deemed an infringement of copyright.
